Very easy process. Begins with short phone call interview, and if they find you a good fit, then they will ask you to come in for an in person interview. The interview lasts from 30 minutes to one hour.

Many interviews (i believe there were 3 or 4 rounds), had to complete an assignment to show skills. Very nice interviewers, and very professional process. It was hard to tell how things were going throughout though.

the interviewer asked basic questions about my personality since I really had no experienced. made me feel welcome. he offered me the job right away. i thought the whole process what easy. i would say go for it and apply for the job to work at the oal labs

Great interview process! I submitted my application online through hire Aggies, and they reached out to me shortly. I applied in May 2020, so I had an interview over Zoom. The questions they asked me were all behavioral. Very conversational and easy to talk to them! I felt really comfortable and confident.
