    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in April 2013.

    Interview

Candidate submits resume via the company website (include adding profile and registration). This could be done to apply for a certain position or to be notified about vacancies. HR looks over the resume and matches the candidate with the position available. HR sends resume to hiring manager and in case of a match, contacts the candidate.
Candidate has an interview with the HR over the phone first, then face to face interview with the hiring manager (usually at TI site). If successful, candidate undergoes the second interview with the director level.
