I applied through website and got a call back a few weeks later. I had a phone interview which went really well and consisted mostly on my educational background and why I like analog electronics, as well as the various things on my resume. A month later I had another phone interview with a different manager with about the same results. I was made an offer and then accepted.

2 Interviews, 1st one was behavioral and technical with technical questions involving simple digital design questions. 2nd interview asked simple circuit analysis questions. The questions were not too difficult. Interview Process was very easy.
