I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Campbell's Company (Champaign, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview was on campus with a regional sales manager. The questions were basic and what you would expect. This was a very competitive spot. I enjoyed the interview process, but knew it would be tough because so many people were vying for one spot.

Question 1
Explain a challenge and how you dealt and overcame it?
The 5 C’s of Cambells questions are tricky. Prepare & review. I’ve been in sales for almost 20 years and absolutely know I’d be a great candidate but the interview questions/ answers were hard to articulate. Unfortunately those questions weighed more heavily than my past successes.
Interviewed for a category leadership job and then they asked me to interview for a sales job. I interviewed for three different sales jobs. Every time they interviewed me it was for a different position.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at The Campbell's Company in Jan 2022
Interview
three-round interviews, which are not the most difficult interview questions. The process should take a month or so but I have heard it can take longer. Overall not too bad
