    Sales Manager Interview

    Application

The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Mason, OH) in June 2016.

    Interview

I went through 4 interviews where everyone asked me the same questions. All of which I had to skype/ go to a close property to do a video chat. I was then asked to do "a day in the field." They had me drive 1hr 15mins away to this property to see how I would like the job. The manager working was not sociable- and took a smoke break every half hour it was very unprofessional. She didn't talk to me about the job- asked me personal questions like my age and things you wouldn't normally ask someone in a final interview. Their so-called "luxury apartments" are disgusting, over-priced, and smell like cats. After spending a day in the field for 8 hours the manager just said "you have the job they'll offer it to you so this day was just to kind of see if you'd like it here or not." The next day I received an email saying they decided to go in another direction. It was a complete waste of 2 weeks and the recruiter called my phone constantly practically harassing me for the job and then didn't offer it to me in the end. Don't work there- the people are ridiculous
