    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Fresh Market (Fox Point, WI) in March 2012.

    This was a new store opening so they set up shop in a local hotel and did a mass screening with store managers and district managers. Looked very professional and it made the news. They then went to another hotel to do the call-backs with HR manager and store manager. All around was a good process.

    It was a bait and switch. I interviewed for Management on the first interview then when i went into the second interview they said they already hired a manager and wanted me to be a baker.

    scheduled interview and met with district manager one on one filled out application and personality test online. the person interviewing me was very thorough. he made it sound like it was a nice place to work and that there was the opportunity for advancement . he seemed very engaged during the process. i had just the one interview and towards the end of interview i met briefly with the bakery manager from the location where interview was held

    yes i was asked what salary range i was looking for and was contacted within 48 hours with an offer in the range i was looking for. what helped was that the person who referred me told me what the pay range was
