20 minute call with the recruiter, basic overview of minimum qualifications and interests, then a 2 hour (4 30 minute calls) with members of the team, detailed questions about my resume, some behavioral questions, some technical questions, everybody seemed interested in getting to know you, some questions were situational what if's
