Submitted resume for an on-campus and was accepted.

After the on-site interview, I was offered a job within a week and accepted.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The J. M. Smucker Company (New Orleans, LA) in November 2013.

    Interview

First step is a phone interview. Second step is a multi person functional interview. I had roughly 5 different people spend time with me and ask me questions 1 v 1. I went from manager to manager. I felt like I got a good feel for the culture as I interviewed.
