    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Menta Group (Tempe, AZ) in March 2015.

    Interview

I met with the regional principal followed by the director from Chicago. Both of the meetings were very comfortable and I felt that they were focused on whether I would be a good fit for the company and the students and if I, myself, felt that I was a good fit. The questions were all relevant and there was time for open dialogue.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Menta Group.

    Interview

Interview was a little out of the ordinary, with four people interviewing at once. Each person asked good questions that pertained to the job and gave you an idea of what to expect on the job. After the interview, I was given a tour of the school. The only thing I found wierd was that the Principal was not present during the interview. Nor did she meet with me at any point in time, except to call me and offer me the job.

    Interview Questions
