    Account Executive Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Reserves Network (Tampa, FL) in August 2017.

    Interview

Do not work here. They made me a job offer, I accepted the offer, then after I left my previous job, they day before my first day with the Reserves Network, they rescinded the job. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Don't be like me and accept the job then the the rug pulled out from underneath you at the last minute.

    Office Assistant Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Mentor, OH
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The Reserves Network (Mentor, OH) in March 2016.

    Interview

I was asked to take an Excel test prior to interviewing. When I finished the test I was told that the interviewer had to leave. I was asked to rescheduled (which was unhelpful because I was interviewing for other jobs) to a different day. I came back another day and then went through quick questions like "How do you fit this job?" "How much experience do you have?" "What are your goals?" After I finished the interview I was asked to give references - this should have been asked for prior to completing an interview as I was told they needed answers from these references the same day. Then, I had to go to the contract company and interview.
