    pretty easy. basic uestions and npothing out of the box.interveirs were quite friemdly and warm and they make you feel at ease. an dit wasnt that long as well. finished pretty soon and they get back to you in about 2 weeks and they are very organised

    Interview

    It was around the time of launch of Bhopal edition back in 2011 when CVs were forwarded from the university via placement process. Thereafter, applicants were shortlisted based on proficiency. Call from HR received within a month's time scheduling the interview date. This was followed by an interview session first with a senior level editor and thereafter with a talent acquisition manager after which the final offer was made.

    Interview

    It was mostly a soft-skills interview. I had cleared the general knowledge, writing and copy-editing section. Additionally, I graduated from a college reputed for journalism and had a strong network in the organization. The interview was easy, tested opinions ettcc.

    CV shortlisted and received email intimation from HR for prelim interview with the regional head. Went well was followed by another within a month with national head. The offer was made in next 2 weeks

    Based on experience and written test on basic English language skills, editing skills, knowledge of current affairs, ability to spot news worthiness of story, ability to slot stories for main and inside pages, ability to handle work pressure. Was also asked about what work I did with previous employer and given a long list of "positives" of working for the newspaper. Was made a lot of promises that they never kept.
