I applied online. I interviewed at The Weatherspoon Agencies in Jul 2021
Interview
What interview? The first webinar was a sales pitch. They spoke up the company, their achievements, and how you are guaranteed to make this grand amount of money unless you're stupid because they use a script that you have to memorize. They continued these topics for about 45 minutes. After that, you fill out a survey with what would be considered interview questions- then they call you back for a zoom with the regional manager. Once again, all she did was first and foremost push payment of almost $200 to get me onboarded. At this point I still wasn't asked any interview questions. A whole scam. Right up there with Vector Marketing.

They gave a short 5 minute interview then put you in a room with 50 other potential candidates! Completely caught off guard. You sit with the other candidates while they give a presentation and try to convince you to become an agent.
