Very personable interviewer. The recruiters are very nice. Very open to questions you may have. Be ready to walk through your resume and why you’d be a good fit for the company.

Very lengthy interview process, case study format and take home assignment. The recruiter walks you through the process in the initial interview and sets expectations early on. The communications throughout the entire process was quite good

Two weeks ago, I had a interview with HR about the opportunity at Wonderful. The phone screen was easy, just asked some general questions. However, I found the original job post was closed a day after the phone screen. They posted a new opening with the exactly same job title, job description except adding one more requirement: they did not provide any type of sponsorship :(

Set up 2 meetings via video, came into the office for a final interview. The process was painless and they made me feel like a part of the team. The final in person interview lasted about 1hr

It was smooth, informative and very well structured. Met with employees from different departments and it was great to learn their career path and progress in the company, experience, work culture, and other helpful insights.

I had 8 interviews (including initial phone screen and panel interviews) over the course of 7 weeks (Nov. to Dec.). I met with the recruiter, one of the Ecommerce manager, followed by an Excel assessment, then a panel interview with 3 members of the team including, then a senior member, then finally a senior VP which was scheduled last minute. The interviews were professional and a pleasure. I was initially very impressed with the members and quality of the corporation. I was told that a senior interview would be the last one but after some time, I was asked to do another final interview with a senior VP which I obliged to. After that final interview, the recruiter called and said due to internal changes the position will no longer be filled and was disappointed with the circumstances. I was very disappointed at the results as well since I devoted quite a bit of time and even turned down a role to continue in the hiring process. However, the team made a decision that I have to respect and the only other feedback is that perhaps reducing the time for the hiring process for an Associate role?

Three interviews. Phone with recruiter, zoom with district and regional manager. Phone interview was 30 minutes and zoom calls where back to back and it lasted 1 hour. Interview wasn't bad. Basic questions about sales and qualities of a good sales representative.
