There were about four standard interview questions that I didn't need much preparation for. The interview lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. I did mine through a teams meeting and I interviewed with one person.

Extensive background checks, kind of relaxed inperson interview after a long background and reference checks. Was about 5 written reference checks, including through an online survey. Meet with some of the crew before beginning.
