The assessment overall, as well as what I felt were fairly

  irrelevant questions. This company is primarily made up of Insurance Professionals, and the interview process is likely different for them. When I was there, the entry-level recruiters were helping to identify insurance professionals, and this was probably not the smartest thing as - at least for me - I didn't know what to look for in the resume of the various Insurance professional, and I imagine others probably didn't either. I think this is probably not happening anymore.

I do not think these assessments are still used, but there would probably still be questions that are very much center around personality, as well as a person's ability to make a lot of cold calls and generate activity. Of course, this is important, but I actually saw somebody fired after only a week or so and was told it was for not enough activity.

They really want people who can bring their own book of business.
