Interview Question

The most difficult question for me was to give an example

of a highly stressful situation that I had been in and how I handled it. Not so much that it was hard, just unexpected I believe. I ended up talking about my college hospital clinical experience and it won them over on my last interview. The first time I interviewed, it caught me so off guard that I just said I didn't know! ( terrible idea by the way) I was nervous and could barely even talk without stuttering around my words. Give me a break though! It was my very first interview ever! And I had no idea what to expect. I had also talked about a former job as a dispatcher for a truck driver and having to negotiate prices with him and the companies. They pretty much will take anything as long as they understand that you handled stress well and didn't have a meltdown.
