Interview Question

Manufacturer Operations Associate IV Interview Houston, TX

The process for getting hired as a contractor is easy and

the tests are not that hard for people who don't have a computer background. The HP hiring process consists of 3 interviews (2 over the phone interviews and 1 interview in front of a panel of 3 managers). They will ask you about 10 questions total. Each question is designed to make you think and give a detailed answer regarding problem solving in select situations. They will ask a trick question during the 3rd interview to see if you are more interested in working for HP and resolving HP's needs as opposed to wanting worthwhile pay and the personal agenda or being recognized or getting promoted. They want to see humility and the willingness to sacrifice your own desires for the sake of the company. Talk about value that you bring and how you will build value for HP with examples of how you will do so if hired with HP. Do not ask about benefits, pay, possible promotion, raises, bonuses or anything that you want from the company during any interview. If you do, they won't hire you. Make HP's needs the constant object of your desire made clear in every interview and show it with your strong knowledge related to the position and how you handle problems with specific details.
