  interviewing were just starting out and had no idea what type of questions to ask.

CEO needs to close up shop and understand what customer service means. The way he treats employees is rude.

I agree with this comment. When I interviewed I waited 10-20 minutes between EACH person coming to meet with me (and I met with 4 different people) so almost an hour of my day was wasted because they couldn't balance their time. Showed how unimportant I was to them.
