They wanted to roleplay calling a customer to schedule a

  phone interview. Honestly, it was pretty easy, but I hadn't prepared for it specifically.

Just be polite and professional first and foremost. Phrase things in a way that is assumptive, but don't be pushy or rude. For example, I said something like "We're opening a new Chase branch in your neighborhood, and we want to invite you in to see our new location and make sure you're taking advantage of all the benefits and features you're entitled to as a Chase client. Would you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment?"
