Interview
Off campus hiring process:
1. Conceptual technical MCQ screening round.
2. Technical round.
3. Managerial/HR round.
Overall, very straight forward and easy going process.
Questions were easy and interviewers were friendly.
They will start with Aptitude type questions which you can find from various website and the R S Agrawal book. (Quantitavie + Verbal).
Since I have worked on C and C++ only, I was asked some standard programming concepts and problems to code in C. OOPS concepts were also discussed.
In last round, managerial person and HR guys make panels and ask behavioral and scenario based questions.
