I applied online by sending the company my resume. A friendly person contacted me by the next day, they said they really liked my resume and I had experience they were looking for, asked me a couple of questions and then invited me in to an interview with the management team. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the company and my resume, I could tell she wasn't just cold calling me because she referenced my resume and asked for details about my experience. I went in for the interview with the manager and filled out an actual application. The manager reviewed it and brought me into their office and asked me more questions that were detailed about what I was looking for in a position and what the company had to offer. After that I received call back about an on site interview with another manager, I was very excited and curious to see what that was all about. I got to the event and they described the position professionally and thoroughly. They also answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them!). I was asked to come in for a third and final interview, the same original manager went over my experience at the event, asked me what I learned, and then made sure I understood the pay thoroughly, what my duties would be, and what the growth projection would be. Overall I had a lot of fun with the interview process, yes it was thorough with three rounds but I feel like I was fairly considered as a candidate and there was no smoke and mirrors. Everything was laid out quickly and I know what I am getting into. I got the call back today and after discussing with family decided it was a great fit to get my foot in the door with a company and to grow with, I am excited to start soon!
