    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Windsor, ON (Canada)) in April 2017.

    Interview

The interview process was straight forward, positive and normal enough however once I accepted the offer they negated ALL scheduling preferences that I had. After requesting that I work nights/midnights in my interview and being lead to believe midnights were exactly what I was being hired for I was not only given shifts that were mornings but also bounced back and forth between early afternoons every other day with no apparent intention of moving me to midnights in the near future, these shifts were also taking place at a store that was different than the location discussed in my interview. These things lead me to decline their offer in the end.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Saint Catharines, ON (Canada)) in June 2015.

    Interview

We sat down, they asked me some questions about why I wanted to be promoted to Supervisor and why I thought I would be right for the job. They were very nice in guiding me through the questions that I was not sure how to answer, and would ask me again thoroughly if I did not provide the answers they were looking for. Overall it was a very nerve-racking experience, and I felt uncomfortable, but I am glad that I made it through as I got the job!
