Got contacted by HR person for the role of a senior android developer. He did an initial phone screening and set up a phone interview with one of the employees. The phone interview was scheduled for 30 min but went on for 1:30 hrs. That's it. I tried contacting HR for an update multiple times after this. Didn't hear back at all. Negative experience overall.

Interview process First round Technical round. it will be telephonic . Once first round is cleared then there will be assignment to develop an application using some Rest API 's and along with the specifications given by them . Once Assignment is done there will be final technical round Followed by discussion with CTO. Toppr has worst HR department . Initially they will take all the information regarding notice period and CTC details . once we clear interview they try to play game to reduce notice period . I had spend almost 2 days for assignment and final interview went for 4 hours . Inspite being cleared all rounds they didn't given the offer considering the notice period which i had informed them before the interview. completely waste of time to attend Toppr interview .
