I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
I was all aboard at first and then as the interviews continued, I started becoming more and more apprehensive. I feel the hiring managers and recruiters are looking for people without degrees.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most difficult question was "how competitive are you on a scale from 1 to 10?" After doing some research, there is only one answer to that question.
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
