I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TransUnion (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
There was an initial phone interview with an HR recruiter that went over minor details. Then, there was an in-person interview with the design lead/senior designer. First, we went over my portfolio and then we discussed my education in regards to design. I was asked questions about my involvement in specific projects and at the end, I was give five minutes to sketch out multiple icons that matched their current icon style.
