Weird process - I had 2 technical interviews, they are not so focused and jump from one question to another, not sure what they are trying to test. example for questions - implement rate limiter, questions about authentication and login, leetcode 224 Basic Calculator.

Interview
Process was very transparent and friendly. One of the best recruiters Ive met, clear company vision and goals and very positive respectful approach. The interview was fair though I failed for lacking seniority.

Describe a Low level design of classes for notifications e.g sms, email and push. What would you use for default behaviour (abstract class)
Design login app (I drew a sequence diagram), how will client be notified that hes approved and can enter the system. I suspect they were looking for a long polling solution

The professional part was very regular.
the HR interview was horrible. too many too personal questions. even getting security clearance was better.
full psychological evaluations shouldn't be a part of your process.
