Treasure Island Resort & Casino Interview Questions

As an experienced dealer, I was brought in for an in-person interview as well as an audition. The manager, trainer and recruiter sat at the table and gave me questions as I was dealing blackjack. Questions were of previous experience at other casino's and what other table games I knew. Not only were all three asking me questions, but they were monitoring the way I dealt. Seeing what good/bad habits that I had. I went through a serious of payouts on blackjacks with each spot of different denominations as well as chip conversions.

Smooth and went well. Michelle was awesome and made sure she could help me find employment with the company. I originally interviewed for cashier services. I was denied that position because of a simple math test. Really?!! I am more than qualified for the position and felt under pressure while taking the test.

I had an in person interview with questions on my knowledge about cooking. I also had to do a skill demonstration on cutting techniques and prepping different types of food. I needed to know correct temperature to cook and store food.

Had an initial phone interview to find out which positions I was interested in interviewing for and my basic experience, then met with a department leader in person where I got a tour of the options before some basic behavioral questions and then was offered my choice in position.

No hotel experience required. All you really have to do to get hired is apply and pass the background check/drug test. The interview itself is really easy. Standard questions like what you'd do in certain situations with a guest, your skills, etc.

The basics . Manager was very friendly. I really liked her demeanor. She was very professional and just an all around comfortable interview. Food and Bev ast manager is very positive and professional. She seemed very organised and all around a very good manage.

I applied online. They called me for an interview and I accepted. I interviewed with HR and she mentioned that promotions wanted to speak to me about another position. I interviewed with two people and was hired on the spot.

I was asked simple customer service questions. They also asked me what my availability was. The job was a casual position and dates and times were all very flexible, there were things going on at basically all times of the day.

It was internal job transfer. i had a Face to face interview with the shift supervisor and an assistant. about a week later i had a Job offer.

I sat down with an HR representative and the banquets department manager and they asked me questions about my previous work experience, what I was looking for a in a job, and other typical interview questions. Although it was a formal interview process, both the HR rep and the manager were very pleasant to talk to, and overall the interview was relatively easy. The manager was happy to answer all of the questions that I had, and was honest with everything that she told me.
