My first interview was behavioral on my campus, which was very fluid. It was about half an hour long, and was essentially us just trying to get to know each other.

Why do you want to work with Triage? What team-based experiences have you had? What was a time you failed?
The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

The interview process consisted of on-campus interviews and an on-site final round. Behavioral interviews were a big part of the entire process with a case study interview during the final round.

Interview
There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
