I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Triplebyte (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2019
An online MCQ round followed by a two hour technical interview. The technical interview had 4 rounds 30 mins each. The first round is to test your coding proficiency-was asked to code a simple tic tac toe console game; the second round was rapid fire questions on topics including data structures, web system and low-level systems.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in San Francisco, CA
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Triplebyte (San Francisco, CA) in May 2016
I came in for a 2.5 hour interview, which included a 5-minute coffee break. It was intense. Ammon, who ran my interview, brought me through a practical coding challenge, an algorithms challenge, and a systems design question with breakneck pace. The problems were interesting, the interviewers were friendly and genuinely cared about the problems, excitedly jumping in to explain things I missed; overall, I had a good time. I hadn't realized that I had passed until they emailed me afterwards. Doing so saved me several hours of phone screens at other companies. My only regret is that I should have gone through their interviews sooner in my interview process; Triplebyte would have saved me even more time.
