I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TurnKey Vacation Rentals in July 2018.
Apparently there are 3 phases:
1. Phone interview (extremely brief)
2. Fill out a questionnaire about your customer service experience.
3. If they like your answers, you are granted an in-person interview.
I had a very positive experience. Turnkey seems like an amazing company.
I just wish someone would've had the know-how to understand the talent they're missing out on. I think Americans don't understand the value of having someone with international communications experience - the patience that is involved.
