    Interview

Phone interview followed by an in person interview with 2 older folks at the company. Got the offer 2 days later but turned it down. The pay was ridiculous low compared to the market average. They try to sell you on their benefits, but benefits don't pay the bills. Offer was in the mid 50s. Seriously?
