Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Typeform in June 2017.
Interview
Had a couple of interviews with their "Happy and passionate people operations" who has absolutely no idea about the company, the roles, what they do and the skills they are looking for. I was really impressed by how bad his English is, it was really hard to understand him; during the interview he was sending emails and looking at his pc like no one was talking to him...with this kind of recruiters I can imagine the average employee's profile they have in Typeform....

Interview
It consisted on a first screening with HR and another with technical team. On that second, the answers they expected were really dependant on their way of implementing the technology.

Interview
Completely disappointed by this company and the recruitment process.
It took quite some time to fill the application form that had a lot of questions and also had to do a 1min presentation video. I haven't heard from them for about a month, during which I tried to contact HR to ask what happened with my application. I was at least expecting an automatic negative email... At the end I had a 45 min interview with a recruiter and a peer PM, but after 2 days I received a negative answer with no explanation. I was confused because during the interview they seemed to like what they were hearing and didn't give any signs of disagreement with what I was saying... So I asked them what went wrong to make them take this decision, but of course, as expected, they didn't bother to answer.
Frankly, I really thought that startups were different than large companies and they could do this small favor to candidates. But obviously they are working too much and don't have time for this nonsense. During the interview the recruiter was yawning almost every 5 min... :(

Interview
First step is fill a long survey in Typeform web. They ask about experiences leading teams and the motivations. After answer all the questions (about one hour) and send my CV, my application was rejected.
I ask for feedback because in the rejection mail there not are any reason about the rejection but I never get any response.
After dedicate more than one our in the application I did not understand why Typeform can not dedicate 5 minutes to explain the reasons about the application was rejected.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Typeform.
Interview
I applied online at first, through the company's site, spent about an hour on the questions. I have received a rejection about three weeks later without any reason. Then a few months later, I have applied through email. They said they loved my portfolio (which was the exact same that had been rejected previously) and they invited me to a Skype interview. At first I had an interview with the HR girl, she was nice, asked general questions about me. Then a good two or three weeks passed without any answer when they finally contacted me to join another interview, there I met the team, they asked some questions about my works/studies etc. A week later I was asked if I would join them as an intern for a pretty great amount of payment, I said yes and thanked for the offer, an email later I was told not to be overjoyed because it was not an offer. I honestly don't know what it was then. Anyway, I was told I would have an interview with the CEO, another one or two weeks passed by without any answers then I received an email telling me that all of a sudden they were sorry but couldn't continue my application because they had no graphic designer to mentor me. This to me was very strange but of course I have accepted the fact. Later that day I was told to update them immediately if I found a job in the meantime. This, to me was very strange but I gave up on them and started to look for another job. Again, about a week later I got an email asking me if I was available to chat with the CEO in like ten minutes. I said yes and waited but after like 30 mins I was told the CEO was already out of office, so we re-scheduled the interview for the next day. The guy - other than the fact he couldn't describe what they were doing at the company - was absolutely uninterested in my answers, kept yawning and seemingly he was very distracted by something else. I found it very upsetting and disrespectful. In the end he said he liked my works and I will get a test job. Two weeks went by without getting an email with my tasks, so I contacted the HR girl and asked if they were still interested in hiring me. She said the team had been working on my task up until now, magically I got my test work in like 10 mins. I had two design tasks, I have completed them and sent to the team. After two weeks of no response I have sent them an email asking how my test job went...Of course I have never received an answer eve since.
So basically, I have spent more than two months on doing interview with them, giving me courage each time that they would hire me. Very unprofessional. Fun fact: they are ALWAYS looking for 'team members' and keep posting open vacancy in every job title. To me it seems like they desperately need someone to work for them for free and then reject their application after they had the job done. Nice.

Interview
It was 2 friendly interviews.
First with HR guy, second with Designer.
Everything seems pretty good and like everybody happy to hear what they hear. The second interview was almost perfect and I thought I made a pretty good impression. But in few days I got mail with "Sorry, we won't proceed". I asked some feedback to understand what went wrong but no answer... It's pretty unprofessional just disappear and break communication like this.
Even getting refusal I hope to get some feedback and say goodbye each other with positive, not just ignore. Strange feelings (

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Typeform (Barcelona (Spain)) in October 2016.
Interview
I applied online one week and didn't hear anything back for two weeks. With no phone number or email address listed, I revisited their website and checked in via a typeform, requesting at least some basic feedback on the status my application. Again, nothing back.
The following week somebody in HR got in touch by means of a somewhat generic email asking me to complete an online assessment that would take around 1.5 hours. Naturally I wanted some kind of feedback before committing to this and so I responded requesting as much.
The person I interacted with was in fact very pleasant and at this point confirmed that I had "passed" the first "round", which is why I was being asked to complete the assessment. Normally an employer would be more forthcoming in explaining that and also invite you for an initial call to give you at least some insight and explain what they are looking for in such an assessment - which is highly subjective in nature. I requested this but it was denied.
I completed the assessment which took about double the time estimated. A week later I received a (mainly) automated email explaining that my application would not be considered any further as they were looking for a more "nurturing" and less "sales-focused" approach to client satisfaction and retention.
Nothing wrong with that feedback, but had I had the chance to better understand the culture of the company and approach to employees, I could have taken a very different approach. Indeed, in my previous role, which would seem to be very similar to this one, an approach whereby the AM is often actively seeking upsell and retention opportunities was deemed highly preferable. Furthermore, the stated purpose of the assessment is to assess account management AND SALES skills!
In a nutshell, the recruitment process is skewed. Through a shortage of communication and complete absence of any early candidate consultation, it is impossible to know what they want in order to personalise your application. This equates to a large amount of wasted time on candidates' behalf and missed opportunities on the company's behalf to source the best candidates.

Interview
Long infernal process. I wonder what it is going on with the job market, because, besides the fact that either you are too qualified for the job or too inexperienced for it, there is also a big loss of control within the selection process as it happened here with the job offer as an office assistant. Turns out that for the job, one has to go into 4 interviews a test and a week group trial... Really? What's wrong with you people?

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Typeform (Barcelona (Spain)) in January 2016.
Interview
I applied via Landing.jobs and made it through their pre-screen. Second round was a phone screening with a very nice and pleasant recruiter from Typeform. She did all she could to make me feel at ease and it was a conversation more than an interview. I was told immediately that I advanced to the third round where I spoke with two current Product Managers. This interview was intellectually challenging but very interesting at the same time. The interview convinced me that Typeform are recruiting top talent who are passionate about their area of expertise, which is important to me. The fourth and last stage was a chat with their CEO, which turned out to be an interesting and nice talk as well.
All in all I have been very satisfied with the interview process. I interviewed with LinkedIn, Google, Skyscanner and a few other companies as well. Typeform left me with the best impression.
Thanks to the team.

I applied online. I interviewed at Typeform (Barcelona (Spain)) in August 2017.
Interview
The hiring process is organized in the following way:
An interview with the team
An interview with the team manager
An interview with one of our co-founders
My interview was with a team member (Product Owner) and a operations manager. During the interview I was left with the impression that they were not synced and prepared in advanced for the interview. The questions looked quite chaotic to me.
After I received the rejection to proceed to the next step I asked for further feedback. What I was told is "we are looking for someone who knows advanced user research and prioritisation techniques as well as working with complex metrics". Keeping in mind that I was no asked any particular questions about user research techniques and my proficiency of using analytical tools I would say that there is no way to come up with such conclusion. Despite I like the product of the company I am quite disappointed by the interviewers not because of the end result of the interview but because of they general attitude and vague feedback.
My advise is first to be more respectful to the people invited to interview because they are potential colleagues of yours. Second plan and lead the interview. Give the people a bit of an overview and insights about the company and the position despite we can read a few lines about the company online it doesn't mean that it is the way it is in really. Finally don't forget that it is two way process so you need us (the potential employees) exactly as much as we need you (the employer).
