The process took 1 day. I interviewed at U.S. Security Associates in February 2012.


In steps,

Step 1: call in to schedule an interview/ fill out an application

Step 2: if you meet all hiring requirements, proceed to interview (standard questions)

Step 3: if you pass the interview with proper answers, demeanor, appearance etc. you are given a job application (state ID, SocialSecurity card required)

Step 4: on the spot/ on site drug test, mouth swab or urine test

Step 5: if all above steps are completed and passed, you now wait for your application to be processed along with your drug test and a background check. The office will call you if you pass.

  • Have you ever had to deal with a situation involving force, how did you handle it   Answer Question
