I applied online. I interviewed at UBS (Zürich) in Aug 2016
Interview
Was interviewed by two persons: head of the Region and Desk head. Both interviews together last for around 1.5 hrs. Both women were very friendly, first describing their business, bank and team goals.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Sep 2014
Interview
Strung out, lack of communication and poorly organised. Interview dates and times changed and had a number of visits for relatively short interviews. Didn't have any face to face contact with HR which was odd. Lack of any detailed feedback and information was not readily volunteered. Apparent low morale of interviewers. A great firm no doubt but received impression poor morale and politics.
