    Hiring process involved writing some essays and telling about yourself in your application. Everyone who submits an application will get an interview.
    Interviews are scheduled online with one of the coordinators. All coordinators are very supportive in the interview and will let you take your time. You are expected to answer all questions (approximately 15) in one hour time. Read the job description to help you out for your interview.

    Interview

    Half an hour long, around 17-20 questions. Expect general questions, situational questions, and questions surrounding diversity too. Dress business casual, and be positive! For first time RAs, you can ask your own RA to write your recommendation letter, so dont be afraid to make friends with your RA in the beginning of the year leading up to application season!
