Recruiter -> Skype -> On-site It's a typical MBA interview process, nothing that different. The interview also has a presentation section, which is the "casing" portion for other MBA jobs. The firm really, REALLY values culture fit, which is important; I don't think the culture was for me, but to the right person, it would really be an awesome position for them.
