SUPERVALU conducts 1-2 hour interview with Situation, Behavior, Outcome format. You meet with a Senior from the department and rarely is HR involved in the interview process. There are 4-6 questions with the same format.

I called the manager because I heard there was an open position for part-time. He asked me questions on the spot and offered me the job. I was desperate for a job at the time so I took the part-time position hoping it would become full time. It never did.
