I met with all managers and director from Finance across three hours. It was very intense, but friendly. There was a mixture of behavioral questions and technical questions. I met with each person for at least half an hour. Shortly before the interview, I interviewed with HR on the phone for 30 minutes.

First round with Human resources then second round with hiring manager and director on virtual calls for 30 minutes each. They generally will give an offer within one week after the interviews

Lots of touchy feely gobblydygook. This was before the layoffs and the company downsizing so hopefully they tossed the stupid psychoanalysis interview. Most questions were not relevant to the job at all. It was a bit surreal like you were applying to join a cult. After I was done with the interview I was pretty sure I didn't want to work there. In fact I predicted that the company would crash and burn and it did. How could the hiring process have gotten so completely out of hand?
