Interview
Hiring process consisted of contact by Human Resource manager for initial phone interview. Then face to face interview. There was two rounds of face to face interviews with several team members. After interviews there was a final discussion with Human Resources and then an offer was made. The interviews were detailed, with good questions asked.

What where the key elements of your last position?
Heel aangenaam mensen. Duidelijk proces, goede snelheid. Zeer professioneel. Telkens op kantoor fysiek, geen teams afspraken. Vlotte babbels. 30 woorden zijn veel te veel, wat een gedoe om dit vol te krijgen.
