    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at UPS (Columbia, SC) in February 2009.

    Interview

UPS typically promotes from within. You have to initially go through a written and computer based test before being considered for a panel interview. For the interview you are sat in front three upper management employees who will ask you a series of questions. It is a fair assessment and depending on your confidence level not too difficult. The climate is as relaxed as you make it.

    Interview Questions

    • If you had an employee come to you with an issue they had with another employee concerning their well being how would you handle the matter and why?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

The offer I received was fair and I felt no need to negotiate.
