    Interview

I came in for an "interview" which was basically just to ask when I wanted to work and how many hours I was willing to be there. There was supposed to be a tour, but there wasn't. The website described everything I needed to know. The on boarding process was more difficult because there was no one to train me so I had to wait around and remind them I was there.

Not only that, they ask you about your goals for employment and how you are as a team player. They want you to be able to work in a group of people and cooperate well, as well as BE ORGANIZED. Interview

I applied online. About a week later, I got an email from HR asking me if I was still interested and when I might be able to come in for an interview. I replied but didn't hear back. A little more than a week after that I got a call from HR to do an over the phone interview. They briefly described the job, asked some simple questions, and then told me I could begin orientation as soon as my background check came in. So, my orientation is scheduled and I have yet to step foot in the facility. Was surprised at just how easy this was.
