Average Interview

Application

I applied online. I interviewed at US Army (Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD) in May 2015.

Interview

I lived in Germany at the time, the interview process was over the phone. The interview went well; they asked the right questions, were very welcoming and easy-going. Even thought my bad call connections from overseas kept dropping, they were very understanding with the few times I had to call back to continue the interview.

There was no standard interview process. I was returning and reapplying to this job after Working in other agencies. I was interviewed by the incumbent and she strongly recommend me for continuity. The continuity it was important because of personality driven organization. I returned to an organization that was no longer what I remembered because of the personalities.
