You don’t have to do an interview at all , very easy. Just straight to the offer and orientation process. Fairly reasonable for a state job and no drug test but it is a background check of course

The interview is all online, extremely easy and quick. Select from multiple choice and you are then offered a job with forms to fill out and fingerprinting. Then you are called and bring 2 forms of Identification with you
Easy. Just pass the assessment then you have the job. Sometimes it may be a slow hiring process but long as you can pass a background check, you’re fine. Good luck
