    Very good interview procedure. Very methodic steps in the interview process. Starts with applying ,then telephonic screening, then English assessment, next face to face HR round, next second round of interview with director and following...my interview process is going on and not completed yet. Maybe another one or two rounds left before landing an offer ,if lucky enough .Overall much satisfying interview process.

    Receive a call from the Day Recruiter/HR who called me for a F2F meeting at the earliest possible. However, Since i went for IT Recruiter, I saw there wasn't one worthy guy who could interview me and has been asking lame questions which anyone could answer. Later, i had a call with the VP of the organization and was offered the job. I declined, Reason being, if such was the interviewer, I could expect the clients and work.

    Second was normal face to face Interview round where basic questions were asked. It was veey easy toh crack.
    Third was the HR Round . Usually there is no elimination in this round. If a petson clears first two rounds, then he/she will be selected
