Interviews for Top Jobs at USCB, Inc.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied in-person. I interviewed at USCB, Inc.
Walked in for their "job fair". This company was slightly unorganized. They asked us to fill out applications in the break room and we were each interviewed one by one. No one could explain what exactly the positions were about, so it was either customer service representative or patient financial clearance representative. The hiring managers were not prepared for the interviews. The interview was short, she only asked about my background experience and explained the job. Said if they were to hire me I would hear something back in a couple of weeks. This is just another unorganized company expecting top notch employees.
- Tell me about yourself and your previous experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at USCB, Inc. (Sacramento, CA)
Received a call from the project supervisor on Wednesday evening. Requested I come in for an interview Thursday morning. Friday morning supervisor called and asked me to start that same morning. They were in a hurry to get people hired on ASAP. They did this for nearly everyone that was hired on for this project (7 other people). No drug testing. Did background check - or so they said.
- Very simple interview. Supervisor spent more time telling me about the position and trying to sell me on working there than actually asking about my qualifications or experience. I should have seen this as a red flag. I wasn't asked any of the typical scenarios like - In the past how did you handle this or how did you overcome this.. ect ect

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at USCB, Inc. (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2013
Very positive. I was interviewed by two leadership level employees and it was a very positive experience. The interview was fairly general in terms of the questions that were asked.
- General interview questions.

Anonymous Employee in Henderson, NV
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at USCB, Inc. (Henderson, NV) in Oct 2012
You go for your first interview with 2 supervisors. They go through your resume with you and then have you tell them about your past work experience. They asked easy questions and was vert friendly.
- Why should we hire you?
