Once you already have a risk assessment plan , it 's best to discuss it with employees . Conduct regular trainings , have a schedule where each employee will alternately check this plan every 1-2 weeks and confirm it with a signature . It is also possible to hang risk reminders in the form of posters or phrases in the rest room for employees .

Went through 3 rounds of interviews over 3 months. Was given a job offer at the same time I was offered a position with another PI. I was asked to reject the offer from the other PI and filled out paperwork with HR for them to complete my formal offer and was assured that if I rejected the other offer I would have this offer. Was told I would get my offer letter in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks passes I get an email from the company website saying they rejected me for the position. I ask for info from both the PI and HR rep who have been non-responsive. They don't respond for a week+. Then I get contacted from their internal recruiting asking me to apply to the same position, and multiple emails asking me to discuss the "miscommunication" with my application. Overall do not recommend the pediatric department for research as they seem to at best be disorganized and at worst malicious/underhanded with their recruiting practices.

UT will call yiu back within a week of applying,if they think you woukd be a good fit. On boarding takes several days. Generally a out 3 to 5,and orientsion, even longer depending on the department. Be mindful of the salary right away so check the job and ask about advancement.

Applied for the job, got an interview pretty quickly. I was told I'd here back "after the rest of the interviews", but 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard back. I emailed a recruiter about it, then received an automatic reply that I had not received an offer but that other units were still available. I chose to go with a different hospital.
