Virtual video call with multiple floor managers, lasted about 45 minutes though that will very largely according to people I spoke with who had much shorter interviews though I applied to a less competitive unit relatively

They were very specific about competencies and experience. Expected detailed information and pressed for answers. Met with a Manager and then a team. Much of interview process was virtual. Hard to get a foothold here. They are a little snobby.

Straightforward questions on items on resume. Meet the group member and give a presentation. Answer particular questions in publication. Give potential application of ideation. Friendly process. Not too difficulty. HR process is not needed.

HR software system is poor. No follow up via email, either. Jobs get posted, then disappear, nobody knows whether they were filled or not. Recommend that hiring staff at least let candidates know if they are no longer under consideration.

Virtual conference call with about three of the managers. They were friendly, but a bit softspoken so it was hard to gauge if they liked me, but ultimately they did because I got an offer.

Interview

Interviewed with manager and assistant manager. They were very nice and pleasant women. Asked a lot of your normal interview questions. The interview lasted approximately 1 hour. My advice would be to Just be yourself. I spoke of my strengths, weakness, why UTSW, etc
