    First round of the interview, only general questions, nothing technical. The whole interview takes about 20 minutes. I had the interview through whatsapp, the HR suggested to use LYNC which did not work out.

    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UniCredit Bank (Bucharest (Romania)) in March 2016.

    The interview was composed:
    1. Discussions with Team Leader, Department Head and HR Representative;
    2. Excel Test.
    The Excel test was medium as difficulty, and discusses were very opened and relaxed.
    Discussions were as long as 1-1.5h
    The excel test was composed of a databes with 5 queries to solve (data sort, filter, pivot etc.)

    At first I got a phone interview and then I wasinvited to an assessment day. The tests took half a day and there were some business cases to discuss in a group and an English test. There were no difficult situations but sometimes it was hard to communicate cause of other's people disrespect in the group.
