The process was surprisingly pleasant. Althought I was asked the standard technical questions the interview was much more personal than in other Banks I had previously interviewed with. I had the feeling that they want to give people in whom they see potential an opportunity to develop their career rather than just cherry picking the ones who can recite stuff from the book the best.
