I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Union Pacific in Aug 2016
Interview
Spoke to a recruiter at a college career fair. Talked to the recruiter but didn't really seem to connect to him. That night I got a phone call asking me to interview with them the next day. during the first on-campus interview, I was asked mostly behavioral questions, and they seemed impress with some projects I had been apart of. However I got an email a couple days later telling me they did not wish to continue on with the interview process.
