    Interview

you are required to have a letter of intent. This means that a qualified contractor must write a statement that explains how they have a need to employ you and that they will put you to work. Other than that its pretty much pass a drug test and fill out paperwork. there really wasn't really an interview so im not sure how i can keep typing.

    Interview

The TELUS TLDP interviewees were very inexperienced, all of them were only about 1.5 ~ 2 years old in TLDP program. I had never have experienced such a unseasoned interviewees because typically you would expect a director or a senior manager involved during new graduate hire process so I found this to be very awkward.
